Atlantis MarinaMarina platformAtlantis Control Systems
This statement explains the current accessibility position for Atlantis websites, support content, applications, and marina services.
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Atlantis Control Systems, LLC ("Atlantis," "we," "us," or "our") builds marine automation, connected boat-lift products, mobile applications, cloud services, support resources, and marina management tools.
This statement is intended to help users request accessibility help and understand the current status of Atlantis-controlled digital experiences.
Atlantis Control Systems, LLC is working to make its websites, support content, applications, and connected-service experiences usable by people with disabilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing product and support responsibility. We use accessibility issues reported by customers, marinas, dealers, staff, and visitors to prioritize practical improvements.
This statement applies to Atlantis Control Systems websites, Atlantis Support, Atlantis Central, Atlantis Marina, customer and staff portals, public intake and signing flows, receipt pages, and Atlantis mobile application experiences where Atlantis controls the user interface.
Third-party services, app stores, payment providers, maps, embedded widgets, documents supplied by customers or marinas, and external websites may have their own accessibility practices.
Atlantis has not completed a formal third-party accessibility audit across all digital properties. Atlantis is not claiming full conformance with WCAG at this time.
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical reference when designing, building, and improving Atlantis-controlled web and app experiences.
Some content may not yet meet that target, including older documents or PDFs, complex maps and canvas-based tools, generated receipts or contracts, third-party widgets, and legacy pages.
If an accessibility issue prevents you from using an Atlantis page, form, document, app screen, account feature, or support resource, contact us and we will work to provide the information or transaction support through an alternate channel where reasonably feasible.
Atlantis prioritizes accessibility improvements that affect account access, support requests, safety or service information, billing, reservations, contracts, payments, and customer communications.
Typical improvements may include clearer page structure, keyboard access, visible focus states, form labels, error messages, text alternatives, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and support for browser and assistive-technology settings.
We may update this statement as Atlantis accessibility practices, supported products, tested status, or known limitations change.
