Controller Hardware Guide
Find the controller model, serial number, and reported hardware version without opening the enclosure, then choose the right support guide.
Safety first
Do not open or modify the controller
The enclosure may contain hazardous voltage. Turn off and lock out power before inspection, and use a qualified Atlantis installer or electrician for wiring or hardware service.
Information you can safely check

Controller label
Record the model, serial number, and any revision shown on the outside label.

Controller Info
In Atlantis Boater or the dealer tool, confirm the hardware version shows X4.3 or X4.4.

Visible controller condition
Without opening the enclosure, note any cracks, water, corrosion, heat damage, or loose outside covers.

App message
Take a screenshot of the full Atlantis Boater status or warning shown for the controller.
If the hardware version is missing or invalid
- Do not choose or guess a controller version.
- Leave the lift stopped and powered down.
