Low Voltage Detected
Your controller detected that the control-board supply voltage is below the safe operating threshold. Movement is limited until power quality recovers.
Low Voltage
Your Atlantis system monitors both incoming shore power and the DC supply feeding the controller. This page covers the hard low-voltage interlock that protects the lift when the DC supply drops too low.
Low Shore Power vs Low Voltage
Low Shore Power is an early warning that incoming AC is weak. The lift may still move, but the shore power feed needs attention.
Low Voltage means the controller's DC supply has already fallen below the safe operating threshold. That is a protection state, not just a warning.
What You'll Notice
- The lift won't respond when you press buttons
- The app shows a low voltage warning or blocked alert
- Lights might dim or flicker at your dock
Common Causes
- •Weak shore power - Low incoming AC voltage or a tripped breaker
- •Transformer issue - Failed or undersized transformer output
- •Long distance from power - Voltage drop over a long wire run to the dock
- •Corroded or loose connections - Resistance at terminals, breakers, or wiring
Simple Checks You Can Do
Check the Breaker
Make sure the circuit breaker for your dock hasn't tripped. Reset it if needed.
Check Shore Power
Your system is usually hard-wired to shore power. Check your dock's electrical panel for tripped breakers or loose connections. Look for any signs of corrosion, burning, or unusual smells at connection points.
Inspect the Power Path
Check transformer output, dock wiring, and any visible terminals for corrosion, heat, or loose connections.
Electrical Work Requires a Professional
Do not attempt electrical repairs yourself. Dock electrical work involves high voltage and water - a dangerous combination. Always contact a licensed electrician for any wiring, breaker, or power supply issues.
Contact Your Dealer or Electrician If:
- •The low voltage warning persists after checking connections
- •You see burned or melted connections
- •Breakers trip repeatedly
- •This is a new problem that started recently
Your dealer can coordinate with an electrician to diagnose and fix power supply issues.
