Stop using the lift and keep everyone clear. Do not keep trying the controls or attempt to bypass the alert.
This page applies to both Low Voltage Blocked and Low Shore Power Blocked alerts. Leave the lift stopped and follow only the safe, external checks below.
The available power is too low to move the lift safely. The controller stops a move already in progress or prevents a new one. Read the full app message and record the controller light pattern. Do not keep retrying movement or restart the controller to clear the warning.
The warning clears when power has recovered enough for operation. A stopped move does not restart by itself. Keep the key OFF if fitted until the cause is resolved, then make a new movement request with the lift in sight.
Leave the lift stopped and contact one of the following:
Do not use the lift again until a qualified professional says it is safe.
Do not force movement, open an enclosure, touch electrical equipment, or keep resetting power. Electricity near water can be deadly.
