Power Too Low - Movement Blocked
The controller blocked a new move because shore power is too weak or the low-voltage protection state is still active.
Check Your Power Connection
This page applies to both Low Voltage Blocked and Low Shore Power Blocked alerts. The controller is refusing to start a new move until the power source is stable enough for safe operation.
Why Won't It Move?
Atlantis blocks new movement in two power-related cases: shore power is too weak to begin safely, or the controller's DC supply is still below the hard low-voltage recovery threshold.
Quick Fix - Check These
1
Is shore power connected?
- • Check the power cord at the dock
- • Make sure it's plugged in securely
2
Is the circuit breaker ON?
- • Find your breaker panel
- • Look for the lift breaker
- • Flip it ON if it's tripped
3
Try again
- • Once shore power is stable, wait a moment and try again
- • If the alert returns immediately, the power path still needs service
Still Blocked?
You may need:
- •Transformer replacement or voltage-drop correction
- •Dock wiring inspection
- •Breaker, terminal, or connection repairs
Contact your dealer for service.
Safety Note
Don't try to force the lift to operate - this protection keeps your equipment safe!
