Stop using the lift and keep everyone clear. Do not keep trying the controls or attempt to bypass the alert.

Check Your Power Connection

This page applies to both Low Voltage Blocked and Low Shore Power Blocked alerts. Leave the lift stopped and follow only the safe, external checks below.

What the Alert Means

A power-related safety alert is active and requires qualified testing. Do not retry movement or cycle power to clear the message.

Safe Checks Only

Stop using the lift

• Release the movement control and turn the key OFF
• Keep people away from the boat, lift, cables, and motors

Check known power status

• Ask marina staff whether there is a known dock-power outage
• From a safe position, note any user-accessible power indication
• Do not open a panel or cycle a breaker to test the lift

Look without touching

• Look for water, exterior damage, heat, smoke, or a burning smell
• Do not touch equipment, remove covers, or inspect electrical parts

Arrange Qualified Service

Leave the lift stopped and contact one of the following:

•A licensed electrician for dock-power concerns
•Your Atlantis dealer for lift service
•Atlantis Support for service or warranty direction

Do not use the lift again until a qualified professional says it is safe.

Do not force movement, open an enclosure, touch electrical equipment, or keep resetting power. Electricity near water can be deadly.
