Power Too Low - Movement Blocked

The controller blocked a new move because shore power is too weak or the low-voltage protection state is still active.

Check Your Power Connection

This page applies to both Low Voltage Blocked and Low Shore Power Blocked alerts. The controller is refusing to start a new move until the power source is stable enough for safe operation.

Why Won't It Move?

Atlantis blocks new movement in two power-related cases: shore power is too weak to begin safely, or the controller's DC supply is still below the hard low-voltage recovery threshold.

Quick Fix - Check These

1

Is shore power connected?

  • • Check the power cord at the dock
  • • Make sure it's plugged in securely
2

Is the circuit breaker ON?

  • • Find your breaker panel
  • • Look for the lift breaker
  • • Flip it ON if it's tripped
3

Try again

  • • Once shore power is stable, wait a moment and try again
  • • If the alert returns immediately, the power path still needs service

Still Blocked?

You may need:

  • Transformer replacement or voltage-drop correction
  • Dock wiring inspection
  • Breaker, terminal, or connection repairs

Contact your dealer for service.

Safety Note

Don't try to force the lift to operate - this protection keeps your equipment safe!
