Memory Error
A memory error means the controller reported an internal fault and its settings or status may not be reliable. Keep the lift out of service until Atlantis Support or an authorized dealer evaluates it.
Safety first
Leave the lift stopped
Do not keep cycling power, reset the controller, restore settings, or attempt movement. A warning that disappears temporarily does not confirm that the lift is safe.
What to do now

Stop using the lift
Keep people and the boat clear and do not use manual, automatic, remote, or preset movement.

Record the warning
Take a screenshot of the full Atlantis Boater message and record the controller serial number.

Check only the exterior
Without opening the enclosure, note any visible water, corrosion, heat damage, or evidence of a recent surge or storm.

Contact Support for evaluation
Atlantis Support or an authorized dealer will determine whether service or warranty replacement is required.
Do not attempt
- A factory reset, repeated power cycle, or settings restore
- Re-entering positions, limits, or other installer configuration
- Opening the enclosure, touching wiring, or replacing components
- Using the lift because the message cleared once
Have this ready for Support
- Controller serial number and proof of purchase
- Photo of the outside controller label
- Screenshot of the full error message
- Date and time the warning appeared
- Any recent outage, storm, surge, or service work
