Controller Lights and Sounds
The lift-status light shows whether the lift is ready, moving, or stopped for attention. A separate wireless light shows the app and Wi-Fi connection. The exact rhythm can vary, so always use the app message as the main explanation.

| Blue | Movement | The lift is moving or preparing to move. Keep it in sight. |
| Amber or yellow | Attention needed | Wait and check the app or controller message. |
| Red | Movement stopped | Do not continue until you understand and resolve the message. |
| Alternating or repeating warning colors | Service required | Record the pattern and contact your dealer or Atlantis Support. |
| No light | Power may be off | Check the user-accessible breaker. Do not open the controller. |
Connection status
Wireless/app light
| Color | General meaning |

| White breathing | No Wi-Fi credentials are saved. |
| Yellow breathing | Credentials are saved, but Wi-Fi is not connected. |
| Blue fast blink | A Wi-Fi scan is running. |
| Blue breathing | Connection or provisioning is in progress. |
| Purple triple flash | New Wi-Fi credentials were saved; this is not proof of connection. |
| Cyan flash | Network time synchronized. |
| Solid green | Connected with a strong signal. |
| Green breathing | Connected with a weak signal. |
| Orange slow blink | The connection is unstable. |
| Red double blink | The connection attempt failed. |
| Red slow blink | The controller is disconnected. |
| Magenta ×1 | APP setup window opened; release the button. |
| Magenta ×2 | APP hold warning; release the button immediately. |
| Five long magenta flashes | APP factory reset occurred; app ownership and Bluetooth authorization were cleared, and the controller is available to claim again. |
A wireless warning does not always prevent local lift operation, but the lift must remain in sight and all normal safety rules still apply. Audible status
Common sounds

| Startup melody | The controller has powered on. |
| Success melody | A user action completed successfully. |
| Warning melody or low tone | An action was blocked or a fault needs attention. |
| Short beeps during movement | An optional movement warning is active. |
Stop and get help
When to stop using the lift
Stop movement and contact your dealer or Atlantis Support if a red or repeating warning returns, the app reports a safety fault, the lift moves in the wrong direction, or it does not stop when a held control is released. Send a photo or short video of the light and include the controller serial number.
