Device Offline
Atlantis Boater cannot reach the lift through its internet connection. The lift may have lost power, Wi-Fi, or internet access, or your account may need attention.
Before you continue
Check the lift in person before moving it
Stand beside the lift and keep everyone clear. Bluetooth or the physical controls may still work during an internet outage, but warnings, the key switch, and access restrictions still apply.
Check power and nearby access
- 1
Look at the controller lights
Check the labeled, user-accessible breaker or power indicator only if it is safe to reach. Do not open the controller or touch wiring. If power trips again or you see water, heat, smoke, or damage, leave the lift stopped and arrange service.
- 2
Try nearby Bluetooth
Stand near the controller. Turn on Bluetooth and allow the nearby-device permissions requested by Atlantis Boater. Open the correct lift and use its nearby connection if available.
- 3
Check Lift & Device Info
Confirm the serial number, lift status, Connection, and WiFi details. Shared and marina users need their phone connected to Wi-Fi or cellular internet to verify access, even for nearby Bluetooth control.
Check Wi-Fi and account access
- Make sure the dock Wi-Fi router has power and an internet connection. Distance and obstructions can weaken its signal.
- If the network name or password changed and you have permission to change Wi-Fi, connect by Bluetooth and open Lift & Device Info → WiFi → Update WiFi Settings. Marina renters should ask staff for help with the network.
- Remote access needs an active remote plan or marina access. If the lift is missing from your account or an assignment expired, contact the owner or marina.
- Do not factory reset the controller or remove the lift from your account to fix an offline message. The APP button does not reconnect Wi-Fi.
What to send Support
- The controller serial number and both versions shown in Lift & Device Info: Lift Controller Firmware and App Bridge Firmware.
- A screenshot of the app message and the patterns shown by the lift-status and wireless lights.
- Whether Bluetooth works, whether the Wi-Fi details changed, and whether you use personal, shared, or marina access.
- Keep passwords and Bluetooth access codes out of screenshots.
