Wait Before Reversing Direction
The controller pauses before allowing the lift to reverse direction. This gives the mechanism time to stop. The usual delay is three seconds, but your installer may set a different time.

Release the control, wait, then press again
Let the lift stop fully. Do not press both directions together or repeatedly tap the buttons during the pause.

How to reverse direction
- 1
Stop the current move
Release UP or DOWN in Manual, or press STOP during Auto movement. Keep watching the lift as it stops.

Wait for the pause to finish
Wait for the delay set by your installer. Pressing too soon may produce a low buzz and a brief blue/green light.

Press the opposite direction
Make a new press after the pause. In Manual, keep holding only while movement is needed. Release to stop.

Contact your installer if
- The lift still will not reverse after it has fully stopped and the normal delay has passed.
- The lift moves in a different direction from the one you selected.
- The lift keeps moving after STOP or after you release a Manual control, or it makes an unusual sound.
