Auto Mode Required
The move you selected needs Auto mode. In Manual, ordinary UP and DOWN controls work only while you hold them.

Watch the lift throughout every automatic move
Auto can keep the lift moving after you release the button. Keep everyone clear and keep STOP within reach. Do not turn Auto on while a sensor, position, direction, or power warning is active.

Manual and Auto
- Manual: hold UP or DOWN to move, then release to stop. The normal ready light is solid blue.
- Auto: with the stopping system set up and tested, one press can move the lift to its top or bottom stop. The normal ready light is solid green.
- While the lift is moving, press STOP in Atlantis Boater or press any button on the paired wireless remote to stop. Releasing a button does not stop an automatic move.
- Saved height presets also need a working Atlantis Position Sensor (APS). Preset 1 and Preset 2 are positions saved for your lift; they are not fixed factory heights.
- In Atlantis Boater, selecting a preset or tapping a height on the position bar turns AUTO on when needed. If the app asks you to confirm after a direction warning, stop and have your installer check the lift before continuing.

Using PRESET on a paired handheld remote
- With APS set up and Preset 1 saved, holding PRESET in Manual can move toward Preset 1. Release the button to stop; reaching the saved position also stops the lift.
- In Auto, a single tap selects Preset 1 and a double tap selects Preset 2.
- These preset controls are unavailable when APS position is uncertain or setup is incomplete.

If Auto will not turn on

Read the message
Auto Disabled means Auto has been disabled in the installation settings. Limits Required means stopping protection is not enabled. Sensor and position warnings need their own checks.

Contact your installer
Use only the mode control your installer has shown you. Do not change installation settings to clear a restriction.
